my name is Val Simmons, I have been a chef for a few years and currently working in a film studio in London. I work as a freelance chef catering for private functions, I teach cookery classes and run pop up supper clubs. I was born in Thailand so my style of cooking is based on Thai ingredients, many authentic curries dishes, plus a great selection of other pan Asian dishes. I love what I do and enjoy many aspects of my job. I also worked with other chefs in a team and able to be a team player as well as working independently.
