I cook light, fresh, fusion style food which matches my focus on fitness and healthy living. Fusion cuisine combines elements of different culinary traditions and ingredients from all over the world. The menu is mixing vegetables and fruit with fresh and delicious protein sources and unusual combinations.
I specialise in providing a fine dining experience in your home - a minimum of 4 courses. Setting up the table with my own tablecloth and linen napkins. Also, I like to serve on my own plates to achieve consistency of this experience and leaves your kitchen immaculately clean.
