My Name Is Su-Yin Hill
I was born in Hong Kong and moved to England with my family at the age of 11 years old.
My mother is the main reason for my love of cooking, as she taught me to cook great fresh seasonal food from the back of our garden. Since then I've been learning and experimenting and creating dishes that I love to cook.
I am creative Sous Chef who has had 13 years of extensive hands on experience in working all areas of a commercial Kitchen. Previously working in hotels, restaurants, event catering, corporate catering and in home catering including delivery.
I am proactive, reliable, creative, punctual, work well within a team or alone, self motivated and love to cook for people.
