Hi, I'm Simone and I have been working in the kitchen from 10 years old...
At the moment I am Sous Chef at Carluccio's in Central London. I love all types of cuisine and am able to manage and organise any meal perfectly from breakfast to dinner!
I am available for Italian cuisine, street food, patisserie and fish/meet special dishes.
If you want a brunch or early lunch event, I will be delighted to cook for you.
His dishes comes from the origin of Sicily and tastes wonderful! Parmigiana Siciliana's aubergines are nicely cooked, just as I like them, not too soft. Also, I must mention about his Tiramisu !! Even though I was quite full however, I couldn't stop eating it. I'd like to try his another dishes too.
Simon came with his commi chef on the day.
Though we delay starting time by almost one hour, he accomodate us with no problem.
We all love his dishes which he explained one by one with full detail.
