My cooking is as Scandinavian as it gets - simple and high quality ingredients is my focus. I love exploring London in search of the best ingredients and when I've found it, I start to build my dishes around those.
Although I'm by no means a vegetarian, I think vegetables have a lot to offer in a meal and thus, I often try to make the vegetable the star of the show. Hence, I'd love to introduce you to a different style of cooking, where various vegetables and meat is treated with equal care.
When cooking for larger groups, I tend to draw on my experience as a Research Assistant. Planning and organising a meal is the most important and I promise that I will leave your kitchen in the same state that I found it in - perhaps even better :)
