I have been a chef for nearly 17 years now and I still have the fire in my belly when I first started in the kitchen I have worked and lived in 3 countries born in Srilanka went to culinary college in Australia and finally settled in England my cooking is full of flavour and fun I have worked in some great restaurants and venues in London and Berkshire I work with lot of unusual flavours and there lot of thoughts and practise in my dishes so hopefully you willenjoy my style of food and most importantly have fun eating it thanks
