My experience in London includes working at Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester and also at the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge,Savoy Hotel,and Hide at 85 Picadilly
Nicu was such a polite guy, the food was excellent, so well presented and delicious. He explained every dish and you can see he has a genuine passion for what he does.
Just a review to say how great our experience was with Chef Nicusor, he was flexible and accommodating with the bespoke menu he helped create, and the food was amazing! Will definitely be looking to arrange another special occasion soon to have another chef, hopefully with the same experience we had! Thanks Chef!
Nico was energetic and very committed to serving a delicious Christmas Eve dinner for our large extended family. He arrived the day before to visit the kitchen and we had several conversations about the menu. The food was delicious and he has a lovely infectious smile and laugh. My only comment is that the hors d'oeuvres were a bit generous. He coped well with the chaos of Christmas Eve, Secret Santa and finishing on time for us to attend Midnight mass. And the food was delicious. Thank you!
It was a great dinner party. The chef Nicusor and his assistant had created such beautiful food. The starter was tasty seafood with some surprising sauce. The main dish was just perfectly cooked beef and well thought yummy vegetable sides. The dessert was very berry nice and light. I would like to suggest to use a fruit cutting board to avoid mixing flavours.(sorry but I’m a bit fussy for some smells). Overall the 3 course was excellent. We have enjoyed Savoy chef’s entertainment at our dear friend’s home. Thanks eHo !!
