Chefs are always in the back.
Once the food is on the plate, in the servers hand and that kitchen door closes job done.
Tonight I was welcomed in to a home, as a surprise for the wife of the client for her birthday.
The surprise worked well, I got to enjoy an evening with lovely people, cooking and serving in the same room.
It really was a joy to be part of this celebration and it was great to see the guest having a good evening.
