From working at The Dorchester Hotel, London to St Tropez, France in my earlier career to recently working for Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall as his head chef in Devon .
I love using seasonal ingredients to achieve a rustic but unique style that will impress your guests.
My biggest passion is cooking with seafood, and using cuts of meats that provide the best flavours.
