A charming chef who arrived punctually and taught us how to make various types of sushi,
Black Cod Nobu style , and chicken teriyaki
His instruction was excellent and he explained how to get various Japanese ingredients for other occasions - which he had brought with him
The food we prepared was delicious and he had provided very good quality super fresh fish . There was plenty for us to enjoy that evening as well .
All in all he did a great job as well as providing an entertaining afternoon
Masa was excellent. Communicative in the days leading up and helped with various allergies.
His instruction was pinpoint and I was surprised by how easily I prepared the sushi with his careful guidance.
Tasted just like the restaurant too!!
