I am an experienced Chef having served the hospitality industry for almost 21 years.
I have worked in major Hotels in Kenya and Saudi Arabia - I was proud to be sous chef at the 7* Rosewood Hotel in Saudi Arabia which is owned by the Royal Family.
Since relocating to the UK I have served as a Head Chef in Guernsey, Channel Islands and in London, working for the Novotel group of hotels including at the ExCel London.

Joseph came and cooked for me and 4 friends and it was amazing.
From the initial booking, Joseph communicated promptly with any questions I had and even changed his menu a tiny bit for the non-mushroom eaters.
The standard of food on the evening was first class, from presentation to taste. We all loved it.
It was lovely for me, as the host to be able to sit and enjoy time with my friends and Joseph left my kitchen spotless afterwards too.

Even after getting stuck in traffic and delayed, Joe was able to calmly and professionally produce a lovely family dinner for 10 of us. He had done a lot of prep work beforehand which meant he only had last minute cooking and plating up to do at our house. Much thought was given to presentation as well. The kitchen was perfectly clean when he left. What a treat to have a professional cook in our own kitchen and have no dishes to wash up! Many thanks to Joe for an enjoyable evening.
Whatever I write here will not describe the whole experience we got from Joseph. For a start the food was fantastic from most probably the smallest kitchen he has worked in and he managed to put out three courses for eight people. Joseph himself turned up early to make our meal from scratch he was polite informative and made sure the kitchen was absolutely spotless when he was ready to leave and we will definitely use again
