I have always had a passion for food since i was a young kid, the first words that came out of my mouth were "apple" & "Lolly".. Since then i followed my life calling & joined a brigade of chefs in a small town named Hastings using the best quality local fish & veg! A year in New Zealand cooking introduced me to fusion! back to the UK & it was off to Quo Vadis In Soho to spend 3 years with the ever talented Jeremy Lee, who really showed me the true love of food! A short spell @ Spring in somerset house & am currently working @ The Laughing Heart in Hackney serving a mixture of Modern Asian & Classic Italian. Here I am now to cater for your needs!
