Hi I'm Jordan and 22 years old but don't let the age scare you as I've been working in the catering industry since I was 14, working my way up to a junior sous chef in a 1 rosette restaurant!

I have a passion and drive to succeed and produce, whilst also using sustainable ethical local produce - the freshest of meat and fish caught from day boats or raised by local farmers who also share the same passion as I do.

You'll find me at the Bear Hotel in Wantage and am very excited to be offering similar fine British dining in the comfort of your own home via eho chef.
