Jason Lee Boswell is a Professional Freelance Chef who is able to deliver a very high standard of service, be it cooking in a commercial kitchen for Events, or a household kitchen for a private family.
Jason is a father of four, believes in educating people to cook fresh food from scratch using only the freshest of ingredients sourced locally and he cooks well balanced food within the seasons. He has good knowledge of foods from around the world having travelled well throughout his career and is a believer of helping our British farmers supply some of the best food in the world.
Jason has experience at several michelin starred restaurants at senior sous chef level. He has worked with many high profile clients privately, including sports people, people in the entertainment industry, dignitaries and royalty.
Jason is a chef of the highest level having classic training from many top chefs in five star hotels in the early years of his career. He has gone on to work in private lodges in New Zealand and private super yachts.
