Born in Brazil, one could say chef Gianne Fanti rich food memories as a child helped guide her on a path to become a chef. Having grandparents from Emilia-Romagna — Italy, Gianne learned at an early age to roll meatballs for spaghetti on Sunday dinners and how to cook polenta.
After her culinary beginnings in London in 2003, she spent two years travelling around Great Britain, working in the various kitchen, from restaurants, pubs and hotels in Scotland. Her next stop was back to London where her passion for food gained another level. Her speciality became a healthy cooking with various short courses and self-taught her ability to create the tastiest and beautiful dishes and share her unique talent.
Today, Gianne expresses her own unique vision of modern healthy food cuisine working as a Private Chef.
