Domenico is a self-motivated professional Italian chef with 15 years experience in an Italian kitchen.
He started as a 'chef de partie' and then acquired experience as head chef and manager of a restaurant.
Domenico enjoys making fish dishes cooked with fresh fish because he comes from a small village near the sea. He cooks everything using only local fresh ingredients…. from the farm to the fork!
His skills vary from making home-made pasta, to cooking fish and meat using different techniques such as sous-vide cooking, cook chill production, marinades and grilling techniques.
