When I lived in America, (seems like a lifetime ago) I was a Restaurant manager and a Chef. I have a degree in culinary arts from Western Culinary Institute, Le Cordon Bleu Portland Oregon. Now I live in Edinburgh Scotland, I have a new life and a wonderful new family.
I have experience in Danish Cuisine, South American Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, American Cuisine, French Cuisine and so much more I can not list.
