I am a creative, organised and knowledgeable chef with over 7 years experience. I have worked in some of the top restaurants in the country, including the Michelin starred 'Pied A Terre' where my passion for food and flavour combinations, paired with a determination to learn and natural cooking ability soon saw me progressing through the ranks.
Over the past couple of years i have immersed myself into the world of private dining for a diverse range of clients. From small, intimate dinners for 8 people to large canapé events for 50 plus, I have really taken these opportunities in my stride. My passion for cooking and desire to give people the best experience they could possibly have is demonstrated both through my food and exceptional service.
