I have worked for the past 8 years as a professional chef and after turning vegan 4 years ago have focused my attention on making mouth-watering plant-based dishes that rival it's meat competitors.

My inspiration come from my travels across India and the Middle-East as well as working in high-end gastro pubs around London.
