Ash is currently a personal chef/caterer in London, He has studied food and wine at the most advanced culinary institutes, NEWCASTLE UNIVERSITY in U.K and INDIAN Culinary Institute at AISSMS, PUNE UNIVERSITY. Ash started working in his family’s restaurant at the age 18 with ideas of pursuing a career in hospitality. The combination of his artistic ability along with working in the kitchen led him down the path into culinary arts. Ash has ventured into opening restaurants in London & Newcastle upon Tyne . A love for the outdoors, Chef Ash respects all ingredients making the journey from the earth to the table. He has created menus of sophistication describing his cuisine as Global using modern technology and classical technique.
