I am professionally trained chef I have worked in numerous restaurants and have spent time training in France as well attending culinary schools. I have spent the last 6 years working for Rick Stein, I specialised in fish and shellfish whilst working in the Seafood Restaurant Padstow. I then moved to St Petrocs Bistro another of Rick Stein's establishments, where the emphasis was on steaks and more meat based dishes. I believe great food starts with great produce i always try to buy from local suppliers and use authentic ingredients.
