I am a pastry chef by trade, very much enjoy preparing and experimenting with a variety of diffrent foods tbh I’m fascinated by a large array of flavours and cuisines. Although I have an extremely sweetooth I would say I am probably more so in my natural habitat within the ol pasty environment. The best feeling is the divineness and joy food really brings to our soul and stomach especially when it concerns delightful produce.
