Originally from Athens, Greece I became passionate about food from a very young age and decided to get my Diploma in Culinary Arts 10 years ago.
I started my career working for the world known 5 star resort Costa Navarino and had the chance to prepare buffets and private functions for celebrities and royalty. I later pursued my career in London starting from Hilton and then Shangri La at the Shard followed by UBS bank and the elite and prestigious law firm Freshfields. I acquired extensive knowledge in different types of cuisines such as modern European, Mediterranean, Pan-Asian (mostly Chinese and Indian) and thus I enjoy creating dishes with different twists.
From fine dining to buffets and canapés parties i offer a wide variety of services with different flavours from all over the world.
All the ingredients that I use are from carefully selected suppliers with fresh and quality produce.
