As a kid I used to bake a weekly chocolate cake with an impenetrable chocolate shell (mediocre at best) …since then I have been practising on many willing tasters across the world including baking cakes for morning tea on an outback cattle station, lunches at a vineyard bistro and F1 inspired world cuisine menus in my own kitchen.

I completed my qualification in patisserie Summer 2016; and with these skills I have designed an afternoon tea experience which I hope will bring a smile to your face.
