A passionate creative private chef born in Greece and now living in London. My passion for cooking started when I was a child cooking for my family and slowly slowly my passion start to be bigger and bigger.
I graduated with a 1st at culinary school and my first professional years were working in Greece in fine dining and Michelin restaurants.
I love to creative menus and dishes and to see the people happy around the table. The food for me can contact the people so much. I love to cook with fresh vegetables and herbs because the fresh and seasonal ingredients make the food so tasty.
