I was born and grew up in Sydney, Australia but my mum is Italian and she's an amazing cook, so I learned from her. I've always experimented and when I was growing up and would cook for anyone willing to try my dishes.
I love healthy, organic produce and I love to create dishes by experimenting and putting different flavours together.
Cooking is like therapy for me, you can do whatever you like with food, it's so creative. plus it's so satisfying to see people savouring your creations.
My cooking staples : Good quality salt, garlic, onion and olive oil.
Favorite Herb: Fresh thyme
Favourite dish: (So hard to choose) but my mum’s frittata made from leftover pasta with a simple salad, that's up there.
