I am an experienced and talented chef who has a real passion for cooking. I have extensive knowledge in both culinary and customer service and acquire an eye for colour and presentation. I am extremely creative in my dishes and have the capability to develop exotic, trendy and authentic menus that can be tailored to your perfection.
My career started in the restaurant at Palm Beach Casino in Mayfair and I now work in a private members club, also in Mayfair. Throughout my career I have spent time working in South East Asia and South America experiencing different cuisines and methods of cooking.
