About me

As an amateur cook I believe there’s no real secret to producing good food; it’s simply a matter of using good quality fresh ingredients, having a sense of what goes with what – and dedication.
My style is basically English with a bit of Italian influence and I’m always looking for new ideas when travelling – if a dish inspires me I’ll try to recreate it when I get home.
