About me

I´m Icelandic and have lived in London for 4 years.
I started as a Chef in 1983 in Reykjavik. I ran my own catering service for over 15 years when i decided to go back to cooking which is my passion. I´ve published one book, The new Icelandic Cookbook in 1994.
