I am originally from Singapore, a private chef based in London. My love for food and passion in cooking have led me to the world renown Le Cordon Bleu London, where I graduated with the Diploma in Cuisine. After working in numerous restaurants in the UK, I felt that the time has come for me to embark on a new chapter in my culinary journey. I decided to be a private chef so that I can exercise more creativity in designing and serving dishes to meet the unique needs of different palate.
I specialises in Asian Fusion cuisine, and loves experimenting with robust Asian flavours using classic European technique.
