Professional Chef/ Pitmaster/ Smoked Meat Maniac / different kind of cuisines as Mediterranean, Asian, French, British etc....
I’m passion about food and also to any kind of Smoke techniques, 12 years of experience as a fine dining Chef before I learned my craft as a Pitmaster, I do a variety of menus and very variety of High Quality mouth Wathering low slow Smoked meats as USDA Beef Brisket, Scotch Beef Ribs, Free Range Pork Ribs, Goat, Game,Turkey etc .... I use a large range of different woods in my meat as Almond, Olive,Orange, Hickory etc...let me know what you have on mind and I’ll get it for you, I do homemade Cornbread, variety of Seasonal pickles, Brioche Buns, homemade sauces as Bourbon BBQ sauce, Chimichurry, Chilli Sauce etc....
