I trained as a chef at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine. I achieved a Distinction in my Leiths Diploma.
Following this I did a number of different work experiences in top restaurants (including a couple of Michelin Star Restaurants) to refine my cooking skills further.
All this allowed me to gain a job as a chef in a newly opened Restaurant working under a Michelin Starred Chef. In my time there I was part of the team to gain 2 AA Rosettes for the restaurant.
