About me

I am currently working full time for a world known law firm at there global head office, I am the senior sous chef in the hospitality kitchen.
Previous to this I have had 8 years working in high end restaurants and hotels including the 5* Hotel the grove in Watford, also a bit of time at the 2* Le Gavroche and Marcus wareing at the Berkeley hotel, I have then spent 5 years working in high end brasseries like the Thomas Cubitt in belgravia and the Tilbury in Datchworth Hertfordshire.
I have also competed in various culinary competitions winning a number of gold medals along the way. I am an extremely passionate chef and have a passion for great food.
