We had the 3-course menu from James and it was fantastic.
I loved his food, especially the Scallops with a fennel purée!

It was a wonderful dinner.
We asked to have a new menu created to match pairing to our very fine wine tasting evening.
He provide us a perfect menu to complement our wine selection.
He also explain how he chose particular dishes to these wines we had.
