This vegetarian tasting menu includes typical dishes from Apulia, a famous region in the south of Italy.
All meals are cooked as I have learnt from my grandma with a modern twist.
Mini Frisa (Hard bread soaked in water) with tomatoes, capers and olives served with rocket pesto and sprinkled with Apulian olive oil
Broad bean purea with steamed chicory (or other in season vegetables leaves) and croutons
Apulian Orecchiette (small ear shaped pasta) with Wild broccoli and dried tomatoes
Mascarpone cream served on a rum and coffee crumble
