A collection of some of my favourite dishes cooked for eho chef customers.
Delicious crisp arancini, followed by my take on a roast chicken, and ending with the warming treat of an apple and blackberry crumble.
Arancini of Risotto Milanese, stuffed with mozzarella, served with a roasted tomato sauce and topped with a crispy basil leaf
Roast Chicken Ballotine, stuffed with spinach and mushrooms and wrapped in Parma Ham.
Served with creamy mashed potato, parsnip crisps, seasonal vegetables and a sherry cream sauce.
Apple and Blackberry Crumble, with vanilla custard
Everything from start to finish in dealing with Donald was easy and enjoyable. He was accommodating to some allergies in our party and adjusted his menu to work for us. He was professional, courteous and all the food was outstanding. We all really enjoyed having him cook for us and would definitely recommend it.
