This menu is inspired by my love of travelling.
Starting with my amuse-bouche inspired by Spain. This very light but flavour bursting course will get your taste buds excited.
Starter is a take on mozzarella with tomatoes, a classic combination but fused with unusual mango dressing.
Off to the next course, Cumin-dusted tuna steak touching the pan just for a moment along with salsa accompanied with smooth puree combining all the flavours well together.
Your meal to be finished with an indulgent chocolate based dessert.
