Cheese muses and berry tart
It was a great dinner party. The chef Nicusor and his assistant had created such beautiful food. The starter was tasty seafood with some surprising sauce. The main dish was just perfectly cooked beef and well thought yummy vegetable sides. The dessert was very berry nice and light. I would like to suggest to use a fruit cutting board to avoid mixing flavours.(sorry but I’m a bit fussy for some smells). Overall the 3 course was excellent. We have enjoyed Savoy chef’s entertainment at our dear friend’s home. Thanks eHo !!
