orange hollandise sauce
Spiced roast butternut squash soup with Parmesan crouton.
Goat cheese, spinach and wild mushroom puff pastry tart
with poached duck egg and smoke paprika cream.
Roast turkey with honey and thyme roasted heritage carrot, creamy vanilla parsnip purée, spinach, shallot and brie stuffed tomato, garlic and rosemary duck fat potato, wild boar and apple stuffing, veal jus and cranberry sauce.
Pan fried plaice, confit potatoes, mussels in white wine and
saffron creamed leeks with samphire.
