Sometimes it's hard to beat some of the best British classics. Here's my take on some personal favourites.
Mushroom Scotch Eggs with a tomato salad.
Classic Beef Wellington with mashed potato, seasonal vegetables and a red wine sauce.
Apple and Blackberry Crumble served with cinnamon ice cream.
Donald cooked a wonderful meal for us and even when things changed at the last minute he adapted the menu which made it even better, as it was the main guests favourite starter. To cook for 9 people in a strange kitchen cannot be easy but Donald made it look so simple, even when he had to load the dishwasher at least twice! Fabulous food and we would all highly recommend Donald to cook for anyone for any occasion. Thank you very much for such a great evening.
