The six-course variety of my selection of menus here on eHo chef. Like it's seven and eight course cousins, it contains dishes from across the globe. I particularly enjoy the salted caramel and peanut butter ice-cream with the data puree and honeycomb shards ... it's a pudding that I found at my favourite restaurant, the Pitt Cue in Soho.
Cucumber tagliatelle with grilled halloumi, ripe avocado with a seasoned extra virgin olive oil, lime and parsley dressing

Gin, tonic and Sicilian lemon sorbet
Spelt spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and ricotta that have been roasted in lemon zest, thyme and extra virgin olive oil. Served with a pile of rocket on top.
Salted caramel and peanut butter ice-cream on a date puree and with shards of honeycomb.

Served with salted apple, fresh figs, roasted almonds, water biscuits and pickles.
