Second menu selection from previously posted tapas party celebration menu. Platters of 6-8 tapas served buffet style for your guests to choose from. Great for a cocktails and drinks party which will allow you to mingle with your guests and enjoy each other's company than slaving over the kitchen while your guests wait.
Tapas dishes can be interchanged between menus and revisions can be done to suit your guests' dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, choice of specific proteins and allergen free). Just let our chef know.
FRESH LUMPIANG UBOD (VEGAN)
Filipino spring rolls filled with shredded heart of palm and julienne vegetables. Served with a muscovado-soy dipping sauce and crushed peanuts.
CHEEKY OXTAIL HIRATA BUNS
Steamed buns filled with shredded oxtail and beef cheek stew and a fresh salad of soft herbs and shallots dressed in vinaigrette.
CHICKEN CHORIZO EMPANADAS
A vestige of Spanish colonisation Filipino dish. Chorizo, peas and chicken encased in a flaky pastry.
MACKEREL POTATO SALAD
Smoked mackerel laced potato salad. Dressed with a dijon mayonnaise, soft herbs, gherkins and pickled onions.
BEET and BUTTERNUT SQUASH STACKS (VEGAN)
Beet and butternut squash layered with canellini and garlic bean mash. Topped with tapenade.
MUSHROOM AND BEAN CROQUETAS (VEGAN)
Mashed potato croquettes filled with a savoury mushroom, pinto bean and herb filling.
ASIAN PEARS HELENE (VEGAN)
Pears poached in spiced muscat wine. Served with muscat wine syrup, pistachios and dark chocolate ganache.
BLACKBERRY CRUMBLE MINI-CAKES (VEGAN)
Blackberry crumble on an almond cake base served with coconut custard.
