Rib of beef, horseradish sauce, red wine jus, braised celery, red cabbage or
Shoulder of lamb, courgette and caper sauce, garlicky roast vegetables
(all served with crisp roast potatoes).
Blazing bananas with (home-made) lemon grass ice cream.
